The AIEDD CRC is revolutionising drug development by harnessing AI and patient-specific ‘-omics’ data to predict clinical outcomes earlier, faster, and more accurately. With drug development costs averaging over USD $1.3 billion, our mission is to reduce costs and improve success rates.
By integrating AI-driven modelling and automation, this CRC will accelerate drug discovery, increase success rates, and reshape how new medicines are developed and delivered to patients. A key focus will be developing cutting-edge AI platforms, while advancing new drug candidates through collaborations between leading Australian researchers and industry partners.
